Mulled wine is a fun, make-ahead drink that is sure to please every party goer this holiday season!

4 cups red wine blend (Liquor)
1 ½ cups pomegranate juice (Aisle 7)
1 orange, sliced (Produce)
4 cinnamon sticks (Aisle 5)
10 pieces whole allspice (Aisle 5)
6 whole cloves (Aisle 5)
Stove top preparation: In a large saucepot, mix
together all ingredients over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally, until warmed
through and spices become fragrant, about 10 minutes. Continue steeping for an
additional 20 minutes, if desired. Reduce heat to lowest possible setting to
keep warm while serving.
Slow cooker preparation: Stir together all
ingredients in a crockpot set to low. Let steep for 30 minutes before turning
down to warm while serving.
For a non-alcoholic version: Substitute the wine for 100%
cran-grape juice and the pomegranate juice for a cherry-pomegranate juice, if
