Our Personal Guarantee:
All merchandise is sold with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will always refund the full purchase price or exchange the product for one of equal value without question if you are not 100% satisfied with the product. Merchandise returned with a sales receipt will have the purchased value returned to you in the same method as payment. Products returned without a sales receipt will have the purchased value returned to you in the form of a gift card. Our team will record your name, phone number and mailing address at the time of the return to allow our leadership team to contact you about the returned product. Gift cards for other retailers, or merchant gift cards, are not eligible for refund. All sales are final on gift cards.
Our Pricing Guarantee:
Webster’s Marketplace will give all customers double the difference on an overcharged item. For example, if a product is signed for $1 and you were charged $1.25, our store will refund you $0.50 or the over charge of $0.25 twice. Please note that when shopping Webster’s Express, our on-line shopping service, prices are subject to change and you will be charged the current price the day your items are picked by our store. Those prices may be different than the prices on the website the day the order was placed on-line .
Our Advertising Guarantee
Webster’s Marketplace stands behind its advertised products and prices. If we fall short on needed quantities in an advertised product we will substitute a product of equal quality to any customer who wants to purchase an item that is an advertised special for which current stock is depleted, prior to the end of the sale. If an adequate substitute is not available, Webster’s Marketplace will issue a “Rain Check” at the checkout or our courtesy counter, which will entitle the customer to purchase the item at the sale price when the stock has been replenished.
Our Freshness Guarantee
If you find an item on our shelves past its expiration date, Webster’s Marketplace will give you one of the same item with a fresh date and for free. Please note that if many of the same out of date products are found, our policy is to give one fresh item free. If there are different items found out of date, one of each item will be given fresh and free.

Manufacturer's Coupons Acceptance Policy
We will gladly accept manufacturer’s coupons from our customers. The following rules apply to the acceptance of all manufacturer’s coupons within our store:
Specific Policy Points
- Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase.
- Coupons must have an expiration date displayed and are not accepted past their expiration date.
- We do not accept voided coupons. Coupons are considered voided if they are copied, duplicated, altered, if they cannot be scanned, etc.
- We do not accept coupons for products that are not purchased: Items received free through store promotions are not eligible for further discounting by manufacturer’s coupon.
- Only one manufacturer’s coupon per purchased product is accepted.
- Coupons are accepted for products only of equal or greater value; we do not give cash back on coupons.
- Coupons presented and products purchased must match exactly. We follow all purchase stipulations set forth by the manufacturer: Examples include size restrictions, quantity purchase requirements, etc.
- We only accept original coupons and do not accept photocopied or reproduced coupons. We do not accept multiple prints of the same series internet coupons.
- Coupons have no cash value.
- Stacking of manufacturer’s coupons (combining manufacturer’s coupons on the same item in any form including electronic, paper/printed coupons) is not allowed.
- Rainchecks will not be issued for manufacturer’s coupons.
- Sales tax is paid by the customer at full value of the item.
- We reserve the right to refuse any coupons at our discretion and the right to limit coupon quantities. We reserve the right to determine the order of application of multiple coupons and/or promotions.
- Special Offers are generally meant to be one per household. Since many of our customers help others by shopping for them, we will allow TWO (2) orders per customer per offer.
- Buy One Get One Store Promotions: Coupons will be accepted only for the product(s) purchased. Coupons will not be accepted for the product(s) received free.
- Internet Coupons: We accept internet manufacturer’s coupons. See our Internet Coupon Policy for specific internet coupon acceptance requirements.
Internet Coupon Policy
We will accept manufacturer‘s coupons that have been obtained via the internet and then printed. All manufacturers’ coupon guidelines apply to printed internet coupons.
We will accept internet generated manufacturer’s coupons that have the following conditions:
- Internet printed coupons must scan at the checkout.
- Internet printed coupons must have serial numbers and follow an industry-standard format.
- Internet printed coupons must have an expiration date.
- Internet printed coupons must have a watermark printed on the face of the coupon.
- Internet printed coupons must clearly indicate that they are a manufacturer’s coupon and have a valid manufacturer’s address on the printed coupon.
We will NOT accept internet printed coupons containing the following conditions:
- FREE product offers or Buy one Get one FREE offers.
- Absence of a clear and scan able UPC bar code.
- Absence of a valid Manufacturer’s address on the printed coupon.
- Photocopied internet coupons.
- Most Internet sites will print a time and date stamp on the coupons. Multiple coupons with the same time and date stamp or serial numbers will NOT be accepted.
- We will not accept any coupon that appears to be altered in any way.
Catalina is a third party vendor that partners with manufacturers and retailers to offer both manufacturer and store coupons. The coupons are triggered by purchasing qualified items at the checkout which generates a coupon to print on the Catalina printer.
- Catalina coupons are to be used in a future purchase, not with in the purchase in which the coupon was generated.
- Catalina coupons are provided to the customer present based on a product purchase. If that customer does not want their earned Catalina coupon, it is our policy that the Catalina coupon(s) are destroyed immediately. Catalina coupons are not transferable.
- We will accept competitor Catalina coupons provided the coupon states “Manufacturer Coupon” and does not state “Redeemable only at (Competitor Name Here).”
- All Manufacturer’s Coupon guidelines apply to Catalina coupon when marked “Manufacturer Coupon.” Catalina Coupons when marked “Manufacturer Coupon” cannot be used in conjunction with any other manufacturer’s coupon for the same product.
